Loved everything about our stay! It was very easy to check in, walking distance to the Vatican. Good neighborhood, I was comfortable walking around at night alone. Only thing that I was disappointed with was the second twin-size bed in the room had a cheap mattress with springs pushing up in uncomfortable spots, but I still slept well enough. (Being a twin size, they probably get kids jumping on it fairly often so it’s not surprising)

We loved the location and the comfort of the space. Wish there was more access to English speaking TV when we were in the room. only 1 channel no guide to get to others. Hot water was also an issue.

Consigliere is only 9:15-5. However the instructions for arriving and departure after were very clear and easy to follow. Very safe place as you have to key into all areas. Housekeeping was excellent service and friendly. Consigliere was helpful and prompt in arranging transport and getting directions. Starting to show some wear. Internet was sketchy as kept dropping.

helped us get a private transfer from 2am in the morning. gave clear instructions as to how to proceed with check in as there were no staff.

Property smells like mold. The rooms are are basically on the basement. Very small, WiFi works on one sectiononly Even though the rooms are super small, They were clean, but the smell was really Strong. Especially we have kids. I requested a a copy from the $245.City Tax charge at the reception and never received it. Not a bad experience but not recommended.

Bed bugs

Discovered bed bugs. Told the hotel. They wouldn’t change our rooms or compensate. They told us this has never happened to them before and that they thoroughly cleaned the room. Almost 10 days later and I have bites all over my body. One of my friends had bites while we were there. Mine appeared 10 days later. I’m horrified. I want my money back. This is traumatizing.

No true hot water, hard to shower with cold water. We asked on second day for a clean towel and they say no because only changes towels every 3 days. Noisy, no sound proof room hard to sleep at night, no help no assistance whatsoever. I would NOT return for the amount of money I paid or even for free

Das Zimmer liegt im Keller mit einem Oberlicht Richtung Straße. Das Zimmer hat definitiv ein Feuchtigkeit- und Schimmelproblem. Der Geruch ist entsprechend. Zudem war das Wasser maximal lauwarm.
