A design company has renovated and furnished this large apartment of 80 square meters, managing to create a warm and comfortable environment with special furniture and materials, able to capture the attention! The apartment is composed as follows: \- large living room with double sofa bed, dining table, TV and air conditioning \- fully equipped kitchenette for preparing meals, equipped with electric hob, coffee machine, oven and dishwasher \- large room with glass wall with double bed, air conditioning and TV \- bathroom with large shower cabin, toilet, bidet and sink with wooden base \- bedroom with double bed (note the bed headboard) with air conditioning, TV and en-suite bathroom. The private bathroom is equipped with shower cabin, toilet, bidet and sink and has 2 glass walls, a real peculiarity! The apartment is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi, TV in all rooms and a kitchen equipped to prepare meals. The service includes utilities, bed linen and crockery. THE DISTRICT Located in a great location, just go down below the house to find shops, bars and restaurants. The car is not necessary and with a walk you can reach the best places in Rome! Trastevere is the place where the Roman people were born and developed. Source of inspiration of the poets Belli and Trilussa, Trastevere is the heart of Rome. Today, the Trastevere district is one of the most beautiful and characteristic of Rome, fulcrum of nightlife and food and wine, open-air theater of wonderful squares such as Piazza Trilussa, Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere - home of the oldest church in Rome -, Piazza S. Cosimato, churches and historic alleys, ancient and contemporary emblem of Rome. Walking on the Ponte Sisto you can reach Campo de' Fiori, otherwise you can reach the Tiber Island by crossing the oldest bridge in Rome, Ponte Fabricio. The central location allows you to move around on foot! Under the house there are many shops, bars and restaurants. Easy check in and the place was immaculate when we arrived with modern features all around. But with an old world charm and warmth. We couldn't recommend it enough. Host Ricardo was wonderful in helping before and during trip. We are two sisters in our 70's and the location was ideal. Easy walking to any area you want to see and so nice to return to Trastevere for dinner at one of the many great outdoor cafes. Be sure to save some time to explore Trastevere also. Beautiful and so full of life. Walk both bridges over the Tiber for the views. A return trip is definitely warranted. ##### Susanne S. It was the perfect place to use as a base whilst exploring Rome, the Trastevere are is vibrant and feels very safe and compforting, so many great places to explore and food and coffee options on every corner. The apartment has everything required for an extended stay or even just a couple of nights. We were there over New Years, the local \[ unofficial\] fireworks were a great way to see in the New Year. we hope to do the the same again next year. Thanks for a great memory. 10/10 ##### Tim W. There really isn't a living room and the sofa there isn't very comfortable. They have a good Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle but other than that, we never used any of the kitchen items. There are two nice bedrooms and bathrooms, but would have felt small with 4 people and 6 not even thinkable. Would not have called it a luxury stay. The email link to enter the street door was not correct in a number of email attempts to send but finally got the right link which finally worked. The neighborhood is lively and fun with a gritty feel. ##### fritha k. First of all Riccardo is an outstanding house ! Literally answering my every question with a few minutes . As first time US travelers to Europe … I had a lot of questions. He answered every single one and put me at ease . The apartment is great . We’re spending 95% outside and just sleeping here . It’s the little things , many outlet adapters, the super hip glass showers , extra pillows and blankets , the Bluetooth speaker . A special cocktail eating for us in the fridge with chilled shot glasses . He also set up our airport pickup Loved this place . Thank you Riccardo for making our stay so memorable. ##### Mike S. There are even luggage lockers right around the corner. Our arrival in Rome was very stressful because the airline lost all of our luggage and then we couldn't get our internet to work which made it hard for us to access the apartment. I was frantically texting Ricardo and he was very responsive. As soon as we entered, he asked if we found it clean, which I appreciated. Cleanliness is very important to us! We only stayed two nights but I wish we could've stayed more. There was plenty of space with two well-appointed bathrooms. The shower in the main bathroom tended to leak water on the floor, but other than that, no problems. What confused me the most about the listing was that it said, "sleeps six" but the price advertised was actually for two people and we had to pay extra for six people. But overall, a great neighborhood, clean apartment, responsive host, comfortable beds, and plenty of room. I would definitely recommend. ##### Kimberly L.
