Located in the historical center of Rome surrounded by the best restaurants and shops with most attractions just a few minutes away. It is the best location possible to get the most out your trip. It sleeps up to four people. It is situated at the first floor of an historical building (XVII century) yet without elevator with one easy flight of stairs to climb. It is very quiet and pleasant with a romantic terrace nicely equipped for al fresco dining. From the terrace a marble staircase leads you to a glass bench directly adjacent the Spanish Steps. The main floor Consists of a spacious living room with flat screen tv and two comfortable sofas sitting six, the annexed dining room also sitting six, an eat-in fully equipped kitchen. Also the master bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen bed (160x200), lots of closet space, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet. The Junior bedroom is on the second floor and has a double bed (140x200), a closet, a drawing table and a French window opening to the terrace. The second bathroom is located off the living room and has shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The apartment was recently Entirely renovated with utmost attention to details: polished hardwood floors in all the apartment, brand new bathrooms beautifully tiled, wall decorations etc. The furniture is a nice mix of antique and modern. To be literally on the Spanish Steps was truly magical. Paola was there to greet us and make us feel at home. The place was very clean, well-decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Paola was very accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was fantastic, right next to Spanish Steps and close the Spagna Metro station. The place had very easy access to local attractions and restaurants. My family LOVED staying here while in Roma! The apartment is literally next to the Spanish Steps yet also tucked away and quiet. The area is prime for shopping and has many lovely cafes and ristorantes in close walking distance. Karina was our host contact during our stay and she was lovely, giving us recommendations and even facilitating our airport transfer. The square is humming with a great vibe! It’s very conveniently located about 90 seconds from a metro stop which allows access to everything. Paola is a great host with plenty of ideas for dining. Our family of 4 had a stay in Rome and rented this apartment, it was perfect. Clean, nicely appointed, centrally located to everything we wanted to see and a great experience with the owner. Next time we are in Rome, this is the place we will stay. We stay in a lot of rental apartments when we travel and avoid hotels. This is one of the nicer ones we’ve encountered. We couldn't have been any happier with our accommodations at The Magic Terrace Apartment on our first trip to Rome! Ideal location within a major tourist spot yet extremely quiet and safe. Apartment was meticulously maintained. Paola kept in close contact prior to the stay and Karina was very friendly providing a smooth check in/check out process. I would highly recommend using their drivers who were so helpful and courteous. The best location - so easy and convenient to get to many places by foot, taxi, or Metro. Paolo was a fantastic host - arranged a driver to and from the airport, recommended an accomplished private tour guide, oriented us to the local area (grocery store close by), and suggested several restaurants with delicious food. The apartment itself is beautiful and well appointed (comfy beds, too). After our full days of walking and adventure, it was nice to come “home” to such a comfortable place. First time using VRBO internationally and loved this stay. Nice to meet locals, beautiful location central to much of what we wanted to see, and easy to get a cab to places further. Karina was so helpful including help navigating to the train station our day of departure. Beds were super comfortable. AC worked great which was such a pleasure after a day at n the heat. The location can't be better, you are right on the Spanish Steps. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable. There is an area to people watch from a garden bench BUT the only access is thru the 1 bedroom. The 1 BR is upstairs and separate from the 2nd bathroom. We had 2 couples and it was fine for us but just understand the layout of the apartment. Overall it was great. ##### E H.
