Our windows didn’t close all the way so it was hard to sleep. The room was not in great condition, but it was clean and very spacious. The team here at amazing and defiantly are all about great customer service. Also can arrange transfers between airports or train stations. Highly recommend to others as the place to stay near the Trevi Foundation or Rome in general. The location is perfect, with several restaurants and attractions at a walking distance. The Fontana de Trevi is on block from the hotel. The suite was the perfect size for a family of 5, everything was clean and working properly. The only issues were 1) Since the area is really crowded, with many people around the hotel, you can hear the noise all day and night around. The hotel should install noise cancelation windows. 2) The internet was working very slow 3) The hotel was supposed to organice me a Limo service to pick me up at the airport, however it did not show up. Det var inte ordentligt städat, fanns hårstrå på säng och vid toalett. Sänggaveln var smutsig. Vattenkranen funkade inte ordentligt och skvätte vatten när man använde. På morgonen när vi skulle checka ut såg vi en insekt på väggen ovanför sängen som såg ut som en vägglus. Sängarna var OK. Luftkonditionering funkade och hotellet låg nära restaurang och butiker, nära fontänen. Vi fick snabb service när vi skulle checka in. Otroligt centralt vilket vägde upp allt (kunde höra fontana di trevi från rummet). Vi kunde gå runt till alla större sevärdheter i stadskärnan och tog bara kollektivtrafik till vatikanen. Till detta pris betalar man dock inte för något superboende, var lite slitet och trasigt, kunde varit mer noggrant städat och fått tillgång till ordentliga hygienartiklar då vi köpte detta på egen hand efter att ha testat de som erbjöds. Vi hittade ingen strykbräda och strykjärn. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal!
