Great Stay in Rome

Really enjoyed our stay at Francesca's place. Best VRBO experience yet. Close to the Vatican and lots of restaurants. If you are visiting Rome I highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing location and accommodations

Locating the building then finding the apartment was challenging, but after that, it was perfect! The common area leaves very little seating, but once we decided to just gather around the dining table, that issue was solved. There is an amazing open market right across the street where you can find anything from food to clothing. Great restaurants we could walk to in minutes. We will return again on our next Rome adventure.

Perfect location

Our family of 6 adults appreciated the apartment was in a more residential area. We were a short walk to the Vatican and an easy Metro ride to the Colosseum, but enjoyed being away from the crowds. The multiple and well appointed bathrooms were especially nice. The beds were adequate.

THE BEST PLACE IN ROME

We thoroughly enjoyed pur stay. The rental was in walking distance of the Vatican, shops and so many restaurants. The home itself was extremely spacious and well prepared for all travelers! We will return 😊!

Home Away From Home

Beautiful home. The home has enough space if people wanted to be together or have some quiet time. My adult family of 6 had a wonderful time. Location was perfect. Close to a market and many wonderful restaurants. Our host Francesca was available for any needs. Truly a lovely host and home!

This is a beautiful house with a great location and great owner that is always available. We had a family of 6 that stayed at the home and it was perfect. The only concerns were that 1 of the showers was not operational and the front door lock is a bit tricky. Thanks for letting us enjoy our stay at your home.

Beautiful home and great location and host!

I traveled to Italy with my older parents and children for the first time. The apartment has everything we needed and Francesca had stocked it with a few treats. There is a lot of space, a great kitchen, and beautiful decor. 4 bathrooms really helped. The location is just a 10-minute walk to the Vatican museums. Great restaurants and gelato within 1-2 blocks. The open market across the street made shopping super fun. There is a also a lift which really helped my parents with some mobility challenges.

Close to Vatican

Very nice apartment close to the Vatican. There is an elevator for anyone with mobility issues. I wouldn’t recommend for more than two couples at a time as there is only one small couch (for 2) in the living area. We had to use dining table chairs which were not very comfortable. There is an amazing market right across the street with fresh meats, fruits and vegetables. Overall a good stay.

Highly recommend!

Our family of six (ages 18, 16, 14 & 12) stayed here during Thanksgiving 2023. Everyone loved the apartment! I picked this property because of the number of rooms and the 3 *beautiful* en-suite bathrooms. When we arrived, it was even better than the pictures. The light coming into the apartment is beautiful, as it is south-facing. The kitchen is stocked. The neighborhood is mostly locals/few tourists, convenient to bus & metro, pleasant, walkable, safe. There are several terrific restaurants and cafés just steps from the apartment, and a supermarket about a block away. The apartment is on the first floor (one floor above ground.) There is an elevator, old style and tiny, but does the job! Francesca was very responsive and great to work with. I would recommend this property to all of my friends and family.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment is located just outside the Vatican City. You are close to metro, hop on hop off bus and you can walk everywhere. We enjoyed the neighbourhood restaurants. Had we stayed longer we would have taken advantage of the rooftop to bbq, to eat and to sunbathe. The bedrooms were comfortable and the showers and baths were lovely. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Great location and apartment

We really enjoyed the apartment and neighborhood. Located near the Vatican and many great restaurants right below the apartment for breakfast. We found some great osterias that we went two nights in a row. The apartment was perfect for our family. Very clean and convenient. We were able to have breakfast and snacks in the apartment. This property was perfect for our group of 2 couples and easily would’ve accommodated 3 couples. There is a bakery just downstairs, and several restaurants as well. There is an amazing market across the street with fresh meats, fruits, cheeses, etc. The walk to the Vatican is a quick three-ish blocks. We took taxis to other parts of the city. The rooftop is spacious and has a grill/kitchen if you wanted to cook at home. Rent this property!

Vatican Roof Apartment Rocks!

Excellent location just outside tourist area near Vatican! Huge market across the street, many restaurants and bars near by! Huge apartment, clean, really excellent! Hosts were awesome, private chef rocked our dinner one night! Highly recommend if you’re going to see the sites of Rome, walked to Vatican and colosseum areas!
