The SIRE house, historic apartment in city center

  • The house is located in Marino, one of the Castelli Romani countries, 20 km from Rome and 2 km from Castelgandolfo, papal summer residence known for its beautiful bathing lake.
    The apartment is located in the old town, in one of the oldest buildings in the country, just a few steps from the bus stop and close to the railway station. The center of Rome is therefore easy to reach in just 20 minutes or by train to Rome Termini Station or by bus to Anagnina Metro Station. Ciampino Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by bus.
    The apartment consists of two fully furnished double bedrooms, a large lounge with frescoed ceilings and doors, a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom. Complete the apartment with a little balcony overlooking the main square of the village and view of Rome, which also allows guests to smoke.
