About this property
St. Peter3 - Loft with terrace
We have divided a large, very bright apartment into 3 delightful and refined apartments, 2 two-room apartments and an open space, absolutely independent of each other. They are located on a private road, in a small private condominium with a garden and even if they are only 70 meters away from the area with shops and services, they enjoy tranquility and silence. They are all equipped with washing machine, coffee machine, TV, iron, telephone and all utilities to prepare your own meals. They have real parquet and air conditioning in all rooms, Wifi is free and the service includes sheets and towels.
Loft with Terrace is a lovely open space, ideal for a couple, it is very bright and is composed as follows: - Double bed - Double sofa bed - Bathroom with walk-in shower - Full and equipped kitchen to prepare meals -Small garden The apartment has a washing machine, coffee machine, TV, air conditioning, wi-fi and heating!

- WARNING >> !! ENTRY TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30!! For entry from 10pm to 00.30am a supplement of €50 will be applied. ACCESS TO THE HOUSE IS NOT PERMITTED AFTER 00.30 - YOU WILL THEREFORE BE ASKED TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION
- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) in cash at the checkout.
- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 35 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

Close to Metro and grocery stores. Very conveniente location. Place was clean and it was easy to communicate with owner.
Liked the fact that there was laundry soap available and we could do laundry right away (we had been traveling for a while). Nice touch.
The only complaint was the guests next door (the wall was thin and we could hear everything): they were super loud until 2:00 in the morning. We let the owner know but although trying, he wasn’t able to get a hold of them. Owner asked me to knock on their door and ask to bring their voice down. Didn’t feel comfortable doing that.
Suggestion for improvement: let guests of all 3 studios (I guess it was only one apartment which was divided in 3) know that after 22:00, they should keep it quiet.
Other than that, the place was comfortable and we liked it.

Un piso muy bien equipado, pero sin escoba. Tiene productos de cocina que es de agradecer.
Un poco oscuro pero como es para estar de noche, no es problema.
Muy bien comunicado y un poco lejos del centro
Si tratta di un monolocale (non è corretto definirlo loft) molto carino e curato nei dettagli. La stanza è divisa in 2 da un muro in vetro cemento È dotato di aria condizionata (silenziosa) e piccola parete attrezzata con cucina.
È uno spazio sicuramente più consono per una coppia che per una famiglia perché, in questultimo caso, il divano deve essere sfruttato come letto (che ovviamente non si può pensare di disfare e rifare ogni giorno..) e non c'è un tavolo a cui ci si può sedere per pranzare o cenare tutti assieme.
Il proprietario è disponibile e celere nel rispondere ad ogni quesito...
Ottima la vicinanza alla fermata della metropolitana.
