Vrbo does not manage the property, communication must go through the point of contact provided to you through weekly rentals. City tax per night must be paid in cash. It is smaller than it appears. The couches look dirty probably because they need to be replace or recovered. We did not realize there was a door blocked off that looks to go to another apartment. There was noise we heard at night from that direction. We were told that the lock was difficult to work and I wondered why they have not replaced the lock. We could not lock the door at night; too late to have the manager come to fix. The apartment is on the fourth floor, so if you are older or handicapped it would be a challenge to get the suitcases up or down. Also, the loft stairs are steep and no railing.
