We liked our stay at this property because of the excellent location and the shower which was massaging our body while playing a music, we decided to re book our room they said it’s not available and they can book us in the second building which as they said it’s nicer than our current room, we moved to the new building if I’m not wrong this was the address ( to via della scrofa 41) , the room was really average but when we showered we noticed the drain is completely blocked and less than 2 minutes the water flooded to the washroom, we were really shocked why they ignored such a big and an old issue when I contacted them more surprises they said they had no clue 😂 and will send someone to take a look.
another issue the toilet flash, each time we pushed it, it was not coming out and was a pain in the ass to take it out
After checking out I had to wait for a couple hours, there was a sitting area across our room, no one came to take a look which we knew that and after a while two poor girls checked into the room.
There was another issue which was not management fault but really ruined our night, 2,3 am some one was yelling in the building and calling cops then we couldn’t get back to sleep properly.
