It has been finely renovated and furnished in modern style, and it is comprised of two large double bedrooms, four twin bedrooms (two single beds each), two of which with an access to a nice balcony, a living room with a sofa bed, a modern fully-equipped kitchen area, two bathrooms with shower and a marvellous terrace with chairs, a patio umbrella and sunbeds to relax after a sightseeing day. He even arranged for our transportation to the airport on the day of our checkout. The neighborhood was quiet and it felt safe. All bedrooms have balcony or terrace access. When you enter this third floor unit, there is a kitchen/common area with a stove and refrigerator, and big glass doors to the terrace two bathrooms with showers. The terrace was a great place to discuss the day's adventures, though there was no table and umbrella or lounge chairs. It was still perfectly comfortable. The location is very quiet neighborhood with a grocery 1 block away, a train station 1 block away, and a bus stop right outside the door. Would recommend this location to friends and family. We had plenty of room. It is quite a walk from the center of Rome and the bus system is not as efficient as I first thought. Taxis are easy to call, except if you have a large group and need more than one taxi, it could get into the money. The images posted here are outdated. The terrace doesn't look anything like that, although it has a nice seating place, but no umbrella and no orange seats. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil. La communication avec Francesca a été parfaite. Elle a été très gentille et nous a même réservé les taxis à la sortie de l'aéroport ainsi que pour le retour.
