Only way to get ahold of property manager was through WhatsApp. Also couldn't pay tax except through pay pal or direct transfer from my bank. I don't have pay pal and in a foreign country I wouldn't give my bank info. Paid rent with card but tax had to go to him not using card. Also very hot in Rome and we wanted to go to pool. Turns out you must give him 24 hrs notice and it's 3km away. Apt. was nice and centrally located.
