The room is spacious enough, the shower booth too. All appliances work. Comfortable bed. Good provision of decent bath towels. The place is quiet, clean and one minute from a tube station and several bus stops, and no more than 15 walking from the Vatican square and museum. Plenty of shops, restaurants and eateries all around, and a good cinema too. Check in instructions are clear and easy to follow.

The room is too small. The building is too old and smells. The bathroom is external and the shower room is too small. I don’t recommend this place .

Good value for money

It was not clear enough that we were supposed to have an appointment in order to get the key, so we had to wait for 20 minutes outside not knowing what to do because the problem was that no-one would answer the door bell neither the telephone number that was outside the door. Anyway, someone came after all. All persons we met were very polite! We would be more happy if there were a kettle along with the fridge (which was very handy) so we could make a coffee in the morning! All the other services were very good. Very good spot, near metro and buses. Overall, good value for money

Overpriced

Good points: Good location, quiet, big room and en-suite bathroom. Bad points: No extra facilities. I needed an iron to get ready for business meetings but was told another guest had it and had not brought it back so I needed to spend more money and go to a nearby laundry. Only one plug socket in the room near the desk. No breakfast. I paid over £312 per night for just a room and nothing else. I booked because there was nothing else available. Would I do so again? Not for the price and lack of facilities available.

Close to vatican

Hotel was good, it is an appartment so there is no one on site. But this did not bother us, a man was waiting to greet us at our organised time. The room was a good size, but the doona cover had stains on it, and the shower was very tiny, but other than this it was a good stay, we were here for 3 nights. We walked from the ruins and all of vatican with out any issues, and plenty of food places around too. We organised a shuttle to the airport through the hotel,but we found out it was a taxi and all taxis have a set rate,so we got charged an extra €15 ....but we should have looked into it.

Carino, ottimo per concerto all olimpico

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per la vicinanza con l’olimpico in modo da poter tornare a piedi, e per l’ottima posizione! A due passi da San Pietro e dalla fermata Ottaviano con cui è facilmente raggiungibile tutto. Molto carino e pulito.

Great and cheap

In a great location 5 mins from station and 5 min journey into centre of Rome, 10min walk to the Vatican some lovely restaurants and cocktail bars near by, mini supermarkets everywhere, fridge in the room so you can store your drinks. It gets a little hot in the room but it's bareable with the fan, I would recommend this to friends had a great holiday.

Shower is extremely small & no a/c

The shower is not made for overweight or older people. The shower is on a high step-up and the opening is very narrow. The room has no a/c, luckily the evenings were chilly so we opened a window. The key to open the street entrance door didn't work so we either waited 30 minutes or more for someone to come in or out or has a stranger help us open the door. We asked for another key which worked a little better. The internet wasn't working for a day which was very disappointing. The noise from the hallway is very loud so when someone would come in late it would wake us up. The room has no view

excellente situation

Chambre située en centre ville, proche du métro, du Vatican, des monuments et de toutes commodités. Un bémol cependant, trop de résonance dans le couloir. La nuit ca ne le fait pas. Excellent côté propreté. Je recommande.

Haben einen Kurztripp nach Rom gemacht und im Roman Holidays Rooms übernachtet. Das Zimmer war sauber. Bad sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen aber dafür ausreichend. Alles in einem für 1 Nacht gut.

CONSIGLIATO

Affittacamere consigliato. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolti è stato molto carino e gentile. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, dotata di frigobar e TV. Molto buono anche il bagno, anche se non era molto ampio. Per quanto riguarda la colazione tutto positivo, basta recarsi in uno dei bar indicati sui buoni che vengono consegnati all'arrivo, molto vicini al b&b. Sicuramente l'aspetto migliore è la vicinanza alla fermata Ottaviano della metropolitana, ad un minuto circa di distanza. Nel complesso, tutto molto buono.
