The rooms are confortable. There is not an reception per se, a person came to clean the rooms for a few hours, you need to use different key and codes to enter your room. The entrance to the rooms is in Via delle Reginella and only a few metres from the Turtle fountain in Piazza Mattei. If arriving by taxi get them to drop you in the piazza. Beware that arrival after 2:00pm when reception is not manned will involve a slightly complicated set of instructions to get into your room. These however worked perfectly and as consequence rooms are incredibly safe. The room we had was very comfortable but perhaps a little small and lacking in shelves and cupboards for our 7 day stay. If you are staying for a week maybe talk to staff and consider trying one of the other hotels connected to Reginella in the area. All staff were excellent and helped us out with enthusiasm.
