Quiet terrace and garden in Trastevere heart

A detached house with garden and roof terrace located in the heart of the iconic and historical Trastevere Rome district.
The house (fully renovated in March 2025) is located in a quiet and characteristic street and in a strategic position to visit Rome:
8 min walk away from Santa Maria in Trastevere
10 min walk away from Piazza Trilussa
15 min walk away from Campo de Fiori or Largo Torre Argentina
20 mins walk away from Pantheon or Piazza Navona

This detached house is spread over three floors.
At the ground floor there are the ample living room with dining area, the garden (25 sqm), a double bedroom (bed size 160 x 190 cm) with an ensuite bathroom (with shower) and the kitchen. The garden is furnished with table and chairs to enjoy a meal outside.
At the first floor there are two double bedrooms (beds size 160 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with a tube. Each bedroom has a little balcony.
At the second floor there is the big roof terrace (35 sqm) furnished with a big couch and "coffee table", there is also an open shower (no privacy - only cold water).
The house is fully furnished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, air conditioning (in each bedroom and in the living room), autonomous heating, smart TV (in the living room), Nespresso coffee pods machine, kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

Guests will have access to the entire house.

Always vigilate children when they are in the garden or on the balconies or on the terrace.
Always pay attention to open and close mosquito nets gently.
Do not move or use indoor furniture outside in the garden or on the balconies or terrace.
Toilet use: Don't throw anything in the toilet but toilet paper. Failure to comply with this rule could cause serious damage to the toilet and lead to charge for repair costs. All other objects (e.g. cotton buds, dental floss, ...) must be thrown into the bin.
As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide an id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 150 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Never leave the keys inserted in the inside keyhole of the apartment door.
If during the stay we have to come and open the apartment door because the keys have been forgotten inside, this has a cost of €25 till 7pm and 50€ after 7pm to be paid in cash to the staff member who will come to open the apartment.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
