O banheiro é reformado novo . We were offered the Prince Galles as an alternative and we were assured by Expedia that this would be an upgrade offered due to the inconvenience and the short notice. So, being in a situation of having just internet access limited to my partners phone we looked it up and saw a typical picture of the building but couldn’t get pictures of the interior and being in Naples and at this point panicking we decided to take it. Big mistake..... The room was big with ensuite facilities the only pros. The cons were endless.. very old fashioned and dark in decor. A cloth material covering the walls and ceiling, making it feel like a padded cell. 4 out of 8 light bulbs were not working. A lot of dust under and around furniture. For some reason they turn off the air con this time of the year and bearing in mind that the temperature reached highs of 25’C in the day the room felt very hot and sticky at night and I did not sleep at all well. I even asked for a fan to at least circulate the air around the room. They did not have one that we could use. That really got my back up. Our original booking was for a room with a queen size bed, we ended up with twin beds. Café da manhã extremante basico, nem sei se vale a pena pagar por ele. Elevador pavoroso, só cabem a malas, o hotel está mal conservado, é muito antigo e as camas são desconfortáveis. Pas très moderne comme décoration mais tout fonctionne. Toutefois l'hotel est dans 2 bâtiments qui sont dos à dos et on doit sortir dehors et faire le tour pour aller déjeuner. Déjeuner qui était correct. Spacious and clean room with all the necessary to spend a three night trip in Rome. My girlfriend and I were surprised by the dimension of our room, including the bathroom. The receptionists, all of them, were very friendly towards us. Both the check-in and the check-out were easy and quick.
