Nice clean room close to the metro. The bathroom had bit of bad smell and the soundproofing between rooms was terrible. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Property was in a great location not far from the Spanish steps, felt very safe but it was very noisy, if you’re a heavy sleeper great, if not I’d recommend taking earbuds

This property was a great location to visit all sites in Rome. It’s close to the underground station and has a tram just outside the front door. The tram starts pretty early and can be a bit noisy. But other than that this place is in a great neighbourhood I felt safe our entire time here. It close to the Spanish Steps and great dining options. A few grocery stores are across the street and you can find a bakery and a gelato shop right out your front door.

The room was very nicely renovated and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is convenient that it is located right near the metro and bus lines but it can get a little noisy because of that. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back
