This is a more neighborhood type feel with more locals than tourists. We were a group of 5 - 2 couples & single. The only complaints were that one shower did not drain properly, one person complained the bed was stiff/hard, and everyone agreed the WIFI was poor. Otherwise, everyone was happy with the location and the apartment. Communication with the property manager was lacking up to arrival. Once we arrived and checked in, they were helpful, responsive and quick to respond to our inquiries and arranged transportation for us for departure. I highly recommend the apartment and the property management company. A great stay. ##### Christian L. Had to wait 40 minutes outside with luggage for property manager Tom let us in which was quite annoying since we were hungry and tired after train ride from Siena. Other than that beds were comfortable, but the apartments were extremely hot! In December! Thermostat locked and set to 25celcius, felt like a steam room when we came in and had to open windows to get it where it was comfortable. The building was completely gutted in 2018/19\. Everything is high end and beautiful. The apartment is huge and the location is great. It is a 6-8 minute walk to the colesseum. The street has lots of great restaurants, gelato shops and piazzas that are close. The property management was very responsive and available for any needs.
