Modern 50-square-meter apartment for 2 people with a panoramic view of the Ostiense area. The apartment is located on the second floor of a contemporary building with an lift, just a 12-minute walk from the Roma Porta S. Paolo train station. Please note that there are steps leading to the building.

The area offers plenty of amenities and is well-connected to the city centre.

The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a large covered terrace.



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 metres), closet, and chest of drawers;

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa and SMART TV;

- KITCHENETTE with an induction cooktop (4 burners), refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, moka pot, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and dining table with chairs;

- BATHROOM with walk-in shower (raised), sink, bidet, and toilet;

- TERRACE (accessible from both the bedroom and the living room) with a dining table and outdoor chairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, central underfloor heating, central air conditioning (vents in all rooms), washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

-From Rome Ciampino Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the bus from the Ciampino Airport stop to the Laurentina stop. There, change to Metro Line B and ride to the Piramide stop, a 15-minute walk from the property.



-From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Roma Termini Station to Roma Ostiense Station, a 12-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re travelling by car, you can park on the street for a fee or at the Piramide Car park at Via dei Conciatori 17, a 10-minute walk from the property.
