It’s been 15 years between stays here. Everything was good. We did notice some mold in the bathroom which is fine, but concerning considering my partner is pregnant. Would stay here again, the location is second to none!

Perfect location for walking distance for most attractions especially the colosseum and getting further into town. It was a great stay! Very clean room and house keeping every day did a fab job. The AC worked when needed and plenty of room in the bathroom with all amenities provided. 10/10 would stay again

We spent 4 nights in Rome and loved the location here. From the hotel you are less than 5 minutes from Ancient Rome and 7 or 8 from the Colosseum and Metro stations. This is great base for visiting Rome. The property is of course old but seemed well maintained and was clean. It there was a complaint it is that the AC was only so-so but we were there when temps were in the 90s. The staff were helpful when we had questions so we were delighted with this stay.

The room was great, in a convenient location, walkable to the Colosseum and most of the historical locations. Great food nearby. My only complaint was the host isn’t there full time and we had to wait a couple hours to check in and get our bags put away.

5 star location. Literally down the street from the Colosseum. Plenty of restaurants and a mini markets nearby. Friendly staff. Be advised, this is a small boutique hotel within a larger building of serveral residences, etc. It’s not fully staffed 24/7. If you’re not checking in during the check in window, plan ahead. We arrived very early on a Sunday morning and were able to store our luggage at a nearby cafe through “bounce”. Very convenient. Staff was very friendly. Accommodations aren’t fancy but it’s got everything you need and the place was clean.
