The shower gel was decent, and the vanity sets were a nice touch. Wi-Fi was fast throughout the stay, and the Amazon Fire TV was genuinely useful. There was also a decent fridge. The room had a balcony, although the view wasn’t particularly impressive. The bed was okay but not especially comfortable, and the heating wasn’t very powerful. Some of the lighting, including LED strips, didn’t work, and extra pillows had to be requested. The rooms aren’t fully soundproof. While the hotel was generally quiet, you could hear noise from nearby bathrooms, such as showers turning on. There’s no staffed check-in desk, which is worth knowing in advance. The location is superb for all of the major sights to see in Rome. You couldnt ask for better. Access and information for our stay were as smooth as can be. The room was spacious for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Large bathroom with both a shower and a bath which was a nice surprise. Excellent amenities and rooms were cleaned and fresh towels daily, which was appreciated.
