The apartment, very spacious (97m2), is on 2 floors and inside there is a wooden staircase. The apartment is equipped with superior quality linen and courtesy kit, and, upon request, where possible, the needs of guests are met to ensure the best comfort. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: 1) a double living room with corner sofa, dining table and study corner with desk (55" smart TV, Alexa and WiFi); there are 2 windows; 2) a separate kitchen with a window; in the eat-in kitchen, equipped with new appliances, you will find a breakfast table with stools and everything you need for a pleasant stay. 3)a bathroom with window, equipped with toilet, bidet and sink; ON THE FIRST FLOOR: 1) double bedroom with King size bed1 (200 x 180) divisible into two single beds on request; in this bedroom there is also a safe with an electronic device with a personalized code. There is a window. 2) separate walk-in closet; 3) a second bedroom with a single bed (200x90) and armchaire bed (190x80) and with a window; 4) a bathroom with a new (built February 2024) walking shower and with window . Paola and Cynthia are hands down the best hosts we have had with VRBO. The location was central and amazing, the apartment was large but had old word charm and every amenity you could think of including air conditioning. The kitchen had all brand new appliances and fully stocked. The bathrooms had every convenience imaginable from shampoo and body wash to toothbrushes and toothpaste. This was especially helpful since the airline lost our luggage for 3 days. In addition, Paola and Cynthia arranged for wonderful drivers from the airport and to the train, and provided numerous suggestions from tours to a nearby laundry. So responsive and communicative. Can’t wait to return and to tell our friends and family. Thank you wonderful ladies for showing the best Rome has to offer ##### Lisa B. The location is beyond culturally historic …. our front door faced the side of IL PANTEO! The apartment is stunning, & thoughtfully well equipped with food basic and cosmetic essentials. LOVEly colours and 5 ⭐️ cleanliness. We were however all warm through our short night as we did not the temperature(23.5)set by our wonderful greeter Kim ! Unfortunately, our stay was cut short by two nights or we would have thoroughly enJOYed and looked forward to our original three night stay ! Arrivederci ROMA ❤️ ##### Clara C. They sent a lot of information about things to do, tourist tax info., etc. Check-in and out was easy. The apartment was great, and it had everything we needed (including slippers, which I loved!). The location was EXCELLENT! Minutes away from the Pantheon and great coffee and restaurants. The location in historic Rome was ideal (it was next door to the Pantheon) and the home itself was very clean. From the doorman to the management team, we have been welcomed, helped and looked after our whole stay. The apartment is ideally located, roomy, and well cared for. We felt like we were home and part of the neighborhood. We had everything we needed and then some. You are a few minutes' walk in all directions from key paces to eat, visit, and shop. HIGHLY Recommended.
