The apartment, very spacious (97m2), is on 2 floors and inside there is a wooden staircase. The apartment is equipped with superior quality linen and courtesy kit, and, upon request, where possible, the needs of guests are met to ensure the best comfort. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: 1) a double living room with corner sofa, dining table and study corner with desk (55" smart TV, Alexa and WiFi); there are 2 windows; 2) a separate kitchen with a window; in the eat-in kitchen, equipped with new appliances, you will find a breakfast table with stools and everything you need for a pleasant stay. 3)a bathroom with window, equipped with toilet, bidet and sink; ON THE FIRST FLOOR: 1) double bedroom with King size bed1 (200 x 180) divisible into two single beds on request; in this bedroom there is also a safe with an electronic device with a personalized code. There is a window. 2) separate walk-in closet; 3) a second bedroom with a single bed (200x90) and armchaire bed (190x80) and with a window; 4) a bathroom with a new (built February 2024) walking shower and with window . Access to the bedrooms is with an internal step. Children are welcome guests: one child up to 3 years old in parents' bed stays for free; upon request it is possible to add a cot with changing table for baby or small bed for children (3 years old) for 20 euros a day (including sheets and towels and wet wipes). The house is equipped with air conditioning and heat pumps. The heating is also centralized. The Is apartment is perfect. It’s unbelievably large, comfortable, in a prime location, elevator, AC, and we’ll stocked from the owners. We appreciated the extra touches and planning the owners provided, including great shampoo/bathroom products and personalized dinner and gelato recommendations! I can’t say enough good things about the location of this property. The Pantheon is literally right outside the door! There is also a taxi stand 10 feet from the property.Aside from the location, the property itself is clean, quiet and well maintained. It was stocked with all the amenities that we would need and the host was great. The communication was clear and easy to understand and they made sure that we knew our way around Rome. Overall, this was a great experience that I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again. ##### Brady R. Paola and Cynthia are hands down the best hosts we have had with VRBO. The location was central and amazing, the apartment was large but had old word charm and every amenity you could think of including air conditioning. The kitchen had all brand new appliances and fully stocked. The bathrooms had every convenience imaginable from shampoo and body wash to toothbrushes and toothpaste. This was especially helpful since the airline lost our luggage for 3 days. In addition, Paola and Cynthia arranged for wonderful drivers from the airport and to the train, and provided numerous suggestions from tours to a nearby laundry. So responsive and communicative. Can’t wait to return and to tell our friends and family. Thank you wonderful ladies for showing the best Rome has to offer ##### Lisa B. The location is beyond culturally historic …. our front door faced the side of IL PANTEO! The apartment is stunning, & thoughtfully well equipped with food basic and cosmetic essentials. LOVEly colours and 5 ⭐️ cleanliness. We were however all warm through our short night as we did not the temperature(23.5)set by our wonderful greeter Kim !
