Rome not so pleased

The location was great. There’s no front desk. We stayed there 4 nights. All the nights we were there they never changed the towels just refolded them. Also, free breakfast is a 3 minute walk to a local place and they only allow one coffee , juice and one crossaint- not a muffin. That’s extra. There were three times that we saw bugs on the floor.

Super location très bien située

Nous avons loué 5 nuits. L'accueil a été parfait. Les propriétaires ont pris tous les renseignements avant notre départ pour être présent à notre arrivée. Nous avons eu tous les renseignements dont nous avions besoin. La chambre était très propre et douillette sous les toits. Seul petit bémol, il y'a eu une coupure d'eau 2 nuits mais tout était rentré dans l'ordre le matin. Idéalement situé pour visiter autant que pour profiter dès soirées. Tout est à proximité. Merci pour ce super séjour!!

Conveniently located.

A convenient 3 bedroom b&b ideally located. We were a little wary when booking as I could not find any reviews for the place. The owners explained that they had just opened this second B&B. Once we arrived, all niggling doubts were put to rest. MyRome Navona was a Comfortable sleep. The sofa in the room pulls out into an equally comfy double bed. 3 of us shared the room. The owners live nearby, but not in this location. Yet they came in about 10 minutes if we had a problem (even at 11:30 at night) and they were very responsive on the phone / whatsapp. We had a few teething issues as the property was quite new, but the owners were highly responsive. Room & bathroom are cleaned daily. They have a tie up for continental breakfast with a place near by (croissant + orange juice + coffee) At a couple of minutes walk it's quite convenient and the cafe has great timings. We were as early as 7am on one of the days. There is a Tabbacci store opposite the cafe where you can buy bus tickets (1.5 Euro) if you need them. The location is very convenient. We walked everywhere except to the Colosseum / Roman Forum / Palatine - but that was also partly because we knew we would be walking so much at these locations.
