Its is a converted flat in a gated block so you have to meet Sara at the gate and she will give you your keys. O B&B fica em um conjunto de prédios, com difícil localização na chegada por não ter uma placa ou aviso, o que pode deixar o viajante confuso. O nome do mesmo escrito nas campainhas do prédio quase não se enxerga. O apartamento fica fora do centro histórico mas o bairro é bom e tem metro relativamente perto. O apartamento é muito bom. Bem montado com cozinha e uma sala de estar. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis. Boa internet. Banheiro bom e estava limpo na chegada, contudo, não há arrumação durante a estadia. Ficamos 4 dias e senti falta disso. O café da manhã também é um ponto a melhorar, pois é bem modesto. Fica à disposição um suco de caixinha, café, leite, cereal e pão de forma com manteiga. Nos mesmos que preparamos. Uma pessoa vai no final da manhã para limpar a cozinha e repor esses itens pro dia seguinte. The hotel owner was friendly. Late check in cost extra charge. The rooms were clean. WIFI just worked one out of four days. I'm actually a fan of having holidays without smartphone and computer but for Rome it was pretty terrible. We haven't got any printed travel books with us. Planning the sightseeing was pretty impossible. Internet connection was not guaranteed, however in the description of the hotel contains this service. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nebenstraße. o Check-In erst nach 20 Minuten Wartezeit möglich, obwohl die Ankunft vorher bekannt war - Unser Zimmer lag direkt zur Straße. Morgens war es sehr laut, da nicht nur Autos dort fuhren, sondern auch Leute zu hören waren und auch hin- und wieder Müllautos die Container ausgeleert haben. - Die "Klimaanlage" war ein Ventilator, der keineswegs zu einer normalen Klimaanlage zu vergleichen ist. Die Temperatur war dauerhaft hoch. - Die Fenster konnten nicht richtig verschlossen werden. - Der Duschkopf hatte keine Halterung. Die war ebenfalls kaputt. - Die Badezimmertür konnte nicht komplett geöffnet werden, da das Bett zu nah an der Tür steht. - Erst auf Anfrage haben wir neues WC-Papier erhalten / Handtücher wurden nicht ausgetauscht. - Das W-Lan benötigt laut der Empfangsdame keine Zugangsdaten - jedoch fliegt man nach 5 Minuten raus. - Das Frühstück war auch für italienische Verhältnisse schlecht - teilweise zu wenig Toastbrot und Aufstrich (es lag alles genau abgezählt dort). - Toaster teilweise nicht funktionsfähig - wenn man nicht darauf geachtet hat, waren die Toast's schwarz. - Die Einrichtung ist total in die Jahre gekommen. - Die Küche wurde teilweise sehr spät abends von dem Personal aufgeräumt (23.30h). Zum Glück waren wir nur für die Übernachtungen dort. We had six nights in Rome using this as our base. It was perfect for what we needed. Although it seems to sit outside of the main centre the links by tram, bus and metro were easy to use and close. When we arrived we were met by Paola and he spent time with us going through sights to see, places to eat and advice on how to get around. Perfect. The entrance to the building is in a courtyard which is entered via an electric gate. Feels very secure. The outside of the building does look like it has seen better days, but it is solid, looks like it has been there for years, and will be there for many more. The room is part of an apartment on the second floor and you are left for most of the time. Free access to the kitchen which is supplied with milk, juice, tea and fresh coffee (which you make yourself). The breakfast is simple but does the job with serial, croissants, bread etc.... Bed was comfortae, shower hot with good flow.
