At about 500 meters there is the metro stop (line B "Cavour") and several bus lines. The apartment has a perimeter terrace, accessible from all rooms, where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Colosseum and the historic center of Rome. At sunset the view is very impressive. Monti Deluxe is large about 95 sqm and have two double bedrooms, living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and consume meals and has a fridge, oven, dishwasher. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, washing machine and WiFi Internet access. In the living room, there is a Smart TV. We provide linens and towels for all guests. The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection. The City Tax is 6,00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld). Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euros from 9:00pm to midnight and 50 euros after midnight). Please provide us always your Arrival time.
