The Magnolia terrace is a new and bright apartment located in the earth of quarter Prati, just 2 minutes from the entrance of vatican museum. The apartment is composed by 2 large bedrooms with double bed two private bathrooms and sofa bed in the dining room, beatifull and praticte kitchen fully equipped, large terrace inside the condominium court and depandance with tv room but not to sleep   
  
 The apartment is just now restructured with modern and praticaul forniture, the large bedrooms are very conforatble and also the sofa bed, the kitchen is fully equipped, it has also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer,  
  
 The apartment is located just 2 minutes to metro ottaviano,
