We rented the entire apartment and found it to be in an excellent location. Not in the middle of all the touristy chaos, but next to great restaurants and shopping. The only somewhat complaint is that other guests received snacks and breakfast items upon arriving to the apartment, but for some reason, we didn’t. There isn't a central hangout spot in the apartment, but we knew that going in and didn't need it since we were out in Rome from morning to night. The apartment overall was very nice, just a note for kids is that there is a piece of art in the 6th room that is sexually suggestive and so might want to keep the children in another room. We had a group of 11 and had plenty of room. This was close to public transportation and it was easy to get to all the attractions in Rome. The apartment was a great set up for everyone to have their own space. Smaller main area so hard to get everyone together in one room but this was as advertised. Apartment was in a good central location, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! Apartment was nice and clean! Beds were comfortable! It was very clean and comfortable. The host was helpful with dining suggestions and helping us to arrange transportation. The apartment is within walking distance of the Coliseum but a subway station is just outside and helps to conserve both time and energy. You can get very near to sites such as Coliseum, The Vatican and Trevi Fountain, as well as many more we did not have time to visit. We were able to have breakfast at a small pastry shop and a quick dinner at a small pizza by the slice and sandwich shop nearby both made us feel like locals. We had dinner at a restaurant recommended by the host. If we get back to Rome we will definitely try to stay here again. ##### Larry M. The apartment does not have a living room/gathering room area like you would expect from an apartment but we were able to hang-out in the kitchen area. The host met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment and directed us around the neighborhood. There was excellent food/coffee/shopping in the neighborhood but our FAVORITE meal was at Piccadilly which is the owners restaurant!! It was a treat!! We were about a 12 Euro cab ride to/from the main attractions in Rome and it was super convenient for our large family of 12 staying with Febrizio!!! ##### Caryn B.
