Relaxing Living Room: A bright space with a comfortable sofa bed (20 cm mattress for a truly restful sleep), a round table ideal for dinners or remote work, and a 50-inch Samsung Ultra HD Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video included.

Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped for those who love to cook. You’ll find an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave with grill, kettle, and everything you need. To start your day off right, we provide a Lavazza coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods.

King Bedroom: A true oasis of peace with a queen-size bed (160x200) featuring a 30 cm thick memory foam mattress and two pillows to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Also available are a 40-inch Full HD Smart TV, a spacious closet, and a desk for working in peace.

Modern Bathroom: Equipped with a spacious shower featuring a dedicated water heater (hot water always guaranteed), a wall-mounted hair dryer, and a welcome kit with shampoo and body wash.

Transport: The Roma Trastevere train station is just a 5-minute walk away. From there, you can reach Fiumicino Airport in 30 minutes and the historic centre (Termini/Tiburtina) in 15 minutes.

Parking: Free street parking is available nearby, or, for those who prefer, a secure covered garage right across from the building (for a fee).

Your arrival will be easy and completely self-guided thanks to a convenient self-check-in kiosk, giving you the flexibility to arrive anytime after 3:00 PM.

Document Registration:
As required by Italian law, guests must be registered prior to arrival. A few days before check-in, you’ll receive a secure link via chat to upload your documents. The link will take you to Vickey, a specialised and certified platform for this service, which operates in full and strict compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR).

Luggage Flexibility
We know how inconvenient it is to travel with suitcases, which is why we offer maximum flexibility:

Before Check-in: If you arrive in Rome before 3:00 PM, you can drop off your luggage at the apartment while we clean it, so you can start exploring the city right away without carrying your bags.

After Check-out: On the day of departure, you can leave your luggage in the apartment until 12:00 PM (during our cleaning shift).

External Locker Service: If you need to leave your luggage after 12:00 PM, we recommend a convenient paid locker service located nearby (this is an independent, third-party service not managed by us, but very useful for those with a train or flight in the late afternoon).

🚗 By Car and Parking: The apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) (no permit required). You can park stress-free and for free in the white parking spaces available on the surrounding streets, or choose a covered, secure garage right across from the building (for a fee).

Our goal is to ensure you enjoy your stay in total relaxation and privacy. Thanks to self-check-in, you’ll be completely independent from the moment you arrive. However, we’re always “just around the corner”—virtually, that is! You can contact us at any time via Airbnb chat. We’ll be at your disposal for any practical needs in the apartment, or even just to give you some advice on where to sample authentic Roman cuisine or how to get around the city. We want to make sure your experience is perfect!

Bed configuration: If you’re booking for two people but would like to sleep in separate beds (double bed + sofa bed), please let us know in advance so we can have the linens ready for you.

Smoking Policy: The apartment is completely NON-SMOKING and is equipped with smoke detectors for your safety. Smoking is permitted only outdoors, on the balcony.
