Helpfull staff, really nice location. Accommodation was a bit oldish but really well cleaned. You need earplugs because of the streetnoice.

Great location, tall rooms that make them feel bigger than they are. Easy walk to lots of famous placs and close to train stations. The building is older and could use some updatig and a little paint but thats all the building in Rome. There's a park up the street and a great gelato place just a block away. Lots of food places and a market right next door. The Colosseum is less than a km away walkable down hill to it a little tougher walk back up from it.

Amazing room. Has everything you need. Owner is extremely helpful, kind, and genuine. Great money for value especially given how close the guest house is to the centre. The only criticism we have is the water for the shower would go fluctuate from hot to cold. Otherwise, perfect! We will definitely be returning here when we eventually visit Rome again!

A 12 minutes à pied du Colisée, à 15 minutes de la gare Termini, 2 minutes du métro V. Emmanuel. Joli parc public à proximité (équipements enfants, pour les animaux, espace basket...) Antonella et Philippe nous ont accueilli avec soin. Nous n'avons pas été dérangé par les autres hôtes ça une politique de sécurité et sonore est pratiquée. Cependant, dans l'immeuble, nous entendions les voisins du dessus à 7h le matin. Pour notre part, cela n'a pas été un problème puisque nous nous légions tôt avec le bébé.

Il Lucky Hotel ha superato ogni più rosea aspettativa. Personale gentile e accogliente, pulizia della camera, a un passo dalla metro, ideale per fare passeggiate con le vicine basiliche di santa Maria Maggiore e San Pietro in Vincoli. The people were super nice that we interacted with! However, there were some disappointing areas of the room. First, the hot water and heat only seemed to work periodically. Showering was...difficult. Every 30 seconds or so the water would go from warm to cold back to warm again. The heat in the room didn’t seem to work all the time, which sucked because we stayed in winter. There was also an issue with someone ringing the buzzer to the apartment building outside at 4:30AM for 15-20 minutes (which I know isn’t the properties fault, but it still sucked). Also, the towels were like sand paper on our skin...the location was good though! We were only an hour walk to the Vatican and within an hour for everything else.

It was not we expected! The pictures in the site are far away from what we’ve seen! It was old old old hotel! Everything was old! Not clean! The environment is safe but not clean!!! Rooms were old fashioned, safe box was not working!

Das Klimagerät war recht laut und die Klospülung verpasste einem eine leichte Dusche. Das Personal war großartig und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer von der Größe her ok. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Nice staff. Quiet place. Location around the property is not as clean as one would desire. Rooms are better looking and more spacious in the picture. A/C struggled a bit. Overall fair, considering that anyhow when in Rome you want to spend all the awake time enjoying the city. Convenient for the Metro and not too far from the main train station.

El metro está al lado, el edificio está un poco viejo pero las habitaciones están bien aunque no como en las fotos, al menos la mía. La chica de la recepción estuvo esperándonos a pesar de que llegamos a la 1 de la madrugada aunque ya no la vi más durante La estancia.

Não é hotel. Se adequa mais ao aluguel de uma suite tipo dentro um dormitorio.As fotos são mais bonitas que a realidade. Se localiza em um prédio antigo e só dentro do quarto é mais agradável. Ponto positivo que tinha alguns itens simples para lanche ou café da manhã como chaleira, café e biscoitos.

Gostamos do espaço e do banheiro. Fica bem próximo ao Coliseu e a uma estação de metrô. Fica em um prédio antigo, porém as instalações renovadas. Além disso Filipi nós recebeu gentilmente e fez um ótimo roteiro da cidade para nós! Isso foi muita bondade!
