Roberto and his staff were absolutely amazing and so welcoming. Stayed here with another friend and honestly had a great time. The rooms are really modern and well kept and Roberto was very accommodating and lovely! Great location too and amazing room keeping with a great price. Lovely spot, highly recommended!

The hotel is right near the Metro (Ottaviani), and very close to the Vatican. Superb setting. Quiet street and interior courtyard. Staff was most helpful; easy to check in and out. Room was serviced every day, clean and well kept. Much appreciated!

Staff were extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. Our rooms were tidied daily, but my bathroom wasn’t cleaned throughly. I had to request the floors be mopped because I have an allergy to dust. It was our second time staying there so we did go back after our first stay. The location is excellent!

The staff was very accommodating and upgraded our room to a junior suite in order that we (party of 4) would be more comfortable. The location was an approx 8 min walk to St Peter’s square and was in the heart of very good restaurants, and a grocery store 2 min away. The hotel was quiet and we were given the codes to all doors in order to come and go as we pleased. Hotel provided daily servicing. The hotel manager gave her personal contact info to us and told us we could call anytime with any concern. I appreciated her hospitality and recommend this hotel. We will stay there again if we come back to Rome.

the rooms is not same as show in the website. no A/C in the building, very bad customer service. no way to contact customer service by phone. I had to paid late check in fee, never ever hear about late check in. none customer service after 9:oo pm . very ugly place.
