Very helpful and friendly. The location was great very easy to get to and from while visiting lots of popular attractions. The apartment has all you need, though it is tiny. I was surprised to find out that we had to pay the city tax the next morning. Although she did tell me via text, it was not clear to me what that entailed. De kamer was schoon en netjes. Geen defecten of verouderingen. Een erg prettig werkende airco die ook nog eens superstil was maakte het aangenaam bij 32 graden buitentemperatuur. Het ontbijt is basic, wel op de kamer gebracht en bevatte alles wat je nodig hebt, helemaal prima dus. Zakenmensen zullen liever een hotel met ontbijtbuffet en dergelijke willen maar als je Rome wilt verkennen, dan is dit hotel/B&B een absolute aanrader! Je kunt alle belangrijke locaties lopend af en in de directe omgeving voldoende winkels om iets te kunnen halen. Ronnie, who served breakfast and cleaned the rooms was lovely. Didn't meet the owner till the last day when she gave us our bill for the city taxes. Grumbles - breakfast was limited; a sweet croissant, yogurt and granola and coffee. Very boring by 5th morning. No drawers to store clothes in room - just some hanging space. Water pressure in shower very poor. I would have loved a full length mirror somewhere too! Clearly one of a kind decorating. The one-man staff was very nice. Breakfast was modest but good (croissant, yoghurt, granola, coffee). Building/rooms very quiet. Area is quite pleasant and not at all touristy -- lots of shops and restaurants. Minimal accessories -- no kleenex, a small bar of soap for 2 days, no dresser/drawers of any kind. This is a very recomended B&B in Rome. Is near by foot to many of the touristic attractions of Rome. Less than 5 minutes far for Vatican City. We spend 3 nights and Julia and her staff were very kindless. The rooms are comfortable and enough for a couple. Offers breakfast at the room of caffe or tea of your preference, croissants, toasts, butter, jam, nutella, orange juice, yogurt and cereals. The only thing to correct is the pressure of the shower that's not enough. Iulia patiently waited until we got there. She gave us good recommendations where to eat. The apartment is a great location when visiting the Vatican, it's about 5-10 mins walking. The B&B has easy access to public transportation that gives you access to the rest of the city. The room was very clean and compact, but it's adequate with a private bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and prepared daily by Ronnie, who was kind & helpful. You'll get your traditional Italian breakfast. Also, you can leave your luggage without extra cost. Check in & check out was convenient.
