The staff at the front desk were very helpful with check in and helping arrange airport transportation for our departure. The downside was a very uncomfortable mattress and the room had ants. I even found one on my bag at the airport. However, as I mentioned the location was what we were looking for and they delivered. The location and breakfast were good. The price we paid for the services provided were terrible. Upon arrival the “bellman” stood at the top of the dozen stairs that lead up to the front desk and just looked at us until he saw me struggling with two toddlers and 3 bags. The elevator was only big enough for a single person and two bags, so it took a few trips to get our thing to the room. There is also only one elevator in the entire hotel. Our room was clean but way too small for 4 people. The shower was not large enough to bend over and pick anything up if it was dropped, unless you got out of the shower. The hotel did not have an iron, anywhere, they stated it was a “security hazard.” We booked the hop on/off buss at the checkin counter. While it was a good bargain, the bus company they booked was terrible. It was clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast had an amazing variety for the price. We also loved the location - easy walking distance to a lot of things, and two major bus stops right outside the hotel helped too! The only downside, if any, was that the rooms were smaller than we had anticipated - the pictured make them look bigger. That said, we barely spent any time in there, so it was manageable!
