The water took a long time to become hot, and the heat in the room was a bit archaic. The bath also didn’t drain properly at first. There also wasn’t much sound insulation between the rooms. But I did enjoy the location of where the hotel was, the morning coffee, and the staff was very kind. Great service and nice accommodations. A little dated, but very clean and close to many restaurants, shops and train station. The only concern was the broken in-room safe that I asked to be repaired twice and unfortunately it was not. Now for the bad, we stayed 5 nights and we occupied 2 rooms, there was missing always a towel; we stayed at the 6th floor and the water had no pressure and at night cold. The windows didn't isolate the noise and we could hear continuous humming (maybe the building ac) and cars hooking, they really need to replace those windows. The hotel is located only about 3 blocks from Termini (train station) and walkable distance to some of the major attractions. The staff was nice and the check in/check out process was a breeze. The stay included breakfast with more than I was expecting (hard boiled eggs, cheeses, turkey, fresh fruit, bread, cereal, etc) as well as a full coffee machine for latte, chocolate, etc in a rooftop.
