The staff were lovely and the room was as shown on the website. The room was quite small, fridge was/could not be plugged in, shower curtains were marked and the room was overall quite dim (even with lights on). However, considering its location and the fact we were out for most of the day it was 3/5 stars. Good for a couple of days for tourists.

When I walked into the room my initial reaction was that it was dreadful. BUT, its only problem was that it was kitted out with dark 1950s furniture and dark decor. The place was clean, comfortable bed, good aircon, bathroom where everything worked and a good breakfast offering. Staff were helpful.

Great value. All the basics are covered well by Hotel Nardizzi Americana. I was solo in a room on the ground floor. The room was clean. I had good sleep (Opera also on ground floor, finishes before 10pm). Room has a refrigerator and good air conditioning. Breakfast costs 10 Euros. I liked that the breakfast room is on the top floor with birds flying and chirping outside and there is a panini press for sandwiches. Best thing is the location, nearby bus stops that are short bus rides to tourist attractions.
