We were too exhausted to go to front desk. Reported it next morning at check out & got no apologies. Another person checking out had same experience with thermostat not cooling. Clean, ornate, superb staff. Just a few minutes walk to the main train station. Great local restaurants abound. However, condidering the extremely warm this summer, the management would have been wise to not turn off the A/C until the weather had cooled down. I almost had to leave because of a health condition. The staff provided a small fan, which sufficed. The complaints at the front desk were endless. I went down for breakfast at 1015 or so. The information sheet in the room breakfast was from 0700-1030\. Sadly, as i tried to have my meal, I was met with locked doors, and told breakfast ended at 1000\. I informed the front desk about the misinformation in the rooms, and was told that it would be corrected. For the price, with a few updates, and some TLC, this place could be a hidden gem! PS I highly recommend that Floriana, at the front desk be promoted and considered for management ASAP.
