When we booked, we were told there was an elevator. a week before the trip we were told the elevator was broken. This was a huge issue for the disabled member of our group. It is now clear from seeing the elevator and reading old reviews that the elevator has not worked in ages and there is no intent to fix it. The rooms are fine, the location is great, and the staff were very friendly. But we didn't get a 2 bed room (which we ordered) and nothing was offered to fix it. In my fifties (and fit playing 3 or more games of tennis every week and gym work) it is horrendous. Shame.
