Head down the street/hill & coliseum is approx 15-20 walk. Clean & tidy & friendly staff. Beds for us were disappointing as wire sprung with basic mattress, was single beds for 5 persons so double/twin may be different. Cleaned, fresh towels & toiletries. Basic continental breakie. It worked for us at the price. This a very conveniently located small. comfortable hotel just a short walk to and/from Termini. It has an elevator. The breakfast room had cappuccinos, espressos and pastries. The young woman at reception was extremely helpful with showing us the hotel on a city map and recommending where to have dinner. The room was good for 3 friends since we had 3 twin beds. The place was not clean. The blanket on the bed had hairs on (including pubic hairs). No carpet. However, the worst thing was the stench coming from the bathroom. Aircondition was great. Room was cleaned and tidied daily. Hotel was within walking distance of many sights and restaurants. Breakfast was not that good; it consists of mostly sweet foods such as croissants, different jams and chocolate spread, two kinds of cereal, coffee, juices, water and tea. Breakfast was plain and simple. All staff were nice. Only bad thing was that I could not get wifi in my room although it advertised that they have wifi in all rooms. I got an excuse that it was because I had a corner room. I had to go to the breakfast room on another floor to use the wifi or also in the lobby so it was inconvenient but it did work well.
