NON è un HOTEL !!!!

Sono arrivata, ho fatto il check in , sono salita in stanza e tornata giù di corsa !!! In 5 minuti ho concluso!!! All hotel manca proprio tutto, aria condizionata , pulizia, in esubero c’è polvere , sporcizia, incrostazioni in bagno di ogni genere. La struttura manca proprio!!! Il soffitto della stanza era in termocopertura (del tipo che si utilizza nelle verande) , la scala di accesso ai piani in ferro e si vedeva chiaramente che collegava una zona prima esterna al primo piano del caseggiato. Struttura assolutamente fatiscente e non a norma. Mi chiedo chi abbia potuto dare la concessione di chiamarsi Hotel ad una “cantina” del genere. Inoltre invito hotel.com a valutare e visionare di persona non le foto degli hotel ma le strutture . Il mio disappunto più grande è stato quello di vedermi rifiutata la richiesta di rimborso a seguito del mancato pernottamento , non per mia colpa bensì per mancanza di aria condizionata inserita fra i servizi ma non funzionante con circa 25 gradi fuori e almeno 30 dentro!!!

OTTIMO SOGGIORNO

Ho soggiornato per motivi di lavoro in questa struttura che non conoscevo. La posizione rispetto al luogo di lavoro è ottima. Ho trovato un personale giovane e molto cortese, la camera era calda e adatta per le mie esigenze. Credo di tornare qui a breve con la mia famiglia grazie alla gentile accoglienza e comfort.

Più che raccontare io avrei scattato delle foto dell'ambiente. Non accetto osservazioni del tipo" ma per quel prezzo cosa ti aspettavi".Una cosa è la vetustà ben altra è la pulizia e la manutenzione degli ambienti.Un sottotetto, un vano doccia osceno minuscolo con una tendina alla quale ci si è appoggiato chiunque l'abbia usato non è ammesso nemmeno per un soggiorno gratuito i bordi del piatto doccia sporchi e la porta del bagno appesa e oscillante forse era meglio non ci fosse proprio. il condizionatore età del bisnonno che non riusciva nemmeno a rinfrescare l'ambiente
