Welcoming staff. Room was comfortable with all we needed. The area is quite noisy all day long even at nights there will be roadworks but this is part of the Roman experience. Regarding City Tax watch out as they will try to charge you more assuming the tourist won’t know. At the time of this review, at this hotel, city tax is 6€ per person per night.
