Beautiful newly remodeled rooms, owner was super nice and helpful. He pointed out sights, restaurants, and even provided an outlined map. The only negative was that the pullout couch was very uncomfortable but other than that it was an excellent place to stay.

Junior Studio Suite with balcony was a small but neat and tidy room with a great size bathroom. Excellent service from the staff at reception. Property is in a great location, only 15 minutes walking distance to the Spanish Steps and other tourist attractions. Nice and quiet area compared to other parts of Rome and very easy area to navigate public transport to and from when required. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy. Close to many restaurants and 15 min. walk to Termini station. Room was clean. Could use a mirror above the desk and a full length mirror on the wall. Minor detail but helpful to us American women that like to see our outfits from shoulders to feet.

Overall good stay

Nice place to stay for a couple days on a budget. The room was clean, the area was quiet, the A/C worked well and OMG the bed was so comfy; the mattress was firm and the pillows were this dense memory foam. I slept like a log every night. The drywall where the shower head went into the wall was damaged so it was kind of hanging and wobbly but didn’t affect use. There was also a smoked cigarette in the bathroom trash when I arrived but I didn’t notice that until the second day. The host/receptionist was very nice, quickly available and helpful.

Spacious and very clean.

Very Nice hotel. Clean and spacious room. Nice service. The reception wasn’t guarded, but you could call a number to get in touch with them, which was fine. We ordered a chauffeur trough the hotel to get to the airport early in the morning, which worked impeccable.

This wasn’t a typical hotel and it was a bit odd. But, it worked for our last minute booking and the price fit our budget. The hotel desk is not 24 hours so I’m glad gentleman at the desk waited for us and was very nice and professional. The room was small but clean and comfortable. We didn’t spend much time in it anyway. We walked from the train station which was farther than GPS made it seem, especially with our luggage. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Overall, a decent experience. They were very helpful with an issue I had outside of the hotel. The experience fell short when the remote for the ac did not work. They claimed that it worked before my arrival. They were quick to respond by text yet when I tried to use the batteries from the TV remote, there were none. I don’t feel I was told the truth. When I later expressed my concern, I was answered with excuses. Mistakes happens it’s how it’s dealt with that matters. I wasn’t asking for a refund yet I did believe that a fair compensation was in order for having to sleep in heat & humidity. I would not stay here again.

Bellissimo Hotel in zona tranquilla , ben servita da mezzi pubblici e metropolitana , vicino a ottimi ristoranti.(Siamo nei pressi della mitica Via Veneto ). Le camere sono arredate in stile e con tutti i comfort , il personale è ben preparato e disponibile nel risolvere problemi con la massima cortesia.

Nej, nej, nej!

Det var inget hotell, utan ett vandrarhem. Det stank mögel och då jag har astma fick jag väldigt svårt att andas. Det läckte vatten ut ur AC’n ner på väggen. Det var olika storlek på rummen, där ett av dessa hade en fransk balkong som var ytterst osäker och farlig, särskilt om man har barn, då den var lös. Det andra var lite större, dock utan balkong med ett fönster istället mot ett annat hus. Det låg på en märklig gata ca 30 min nedförsbacke till trevi fontänen/centrum. Receptionisten var extremt otrevlig och ohjälpsam. Det enda positiva var damen som kom förbi för att städa rummen, vilket kom som en förvåning eftersom det man inte förväntat sig det efter de första intrycken. Eftersom Rom är en otroligt vacker stad och man spenderar större delen av dagen utomhus tror jag att ägaren kommer undan med detta. Hursomhelst rekommenderas INTE detta hotell!!
