Located on the eighth and last floor of a modern building with a lift, in the Trastevere area. The apartment is located in one of the most characteristic neighborhoods of the city, renowned for hosting the historic Porta Portese market and for the presence of services such as bars and restaurants. It is possible to park for a fee on the street (blue lines, NOT guaranteed), while the Roma Trastevere station is a 5-minute walk away. REGIONAL CODE: NATIONAL CODE: The internal space is organized as follows: \- LIVING ROOM with sofa and access to the terrace and another small balcony; \- KITCHENETTE with dining table and chairs, induction hob with four burners, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils; \- BEDROOM with double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m) and access to a small balcony; \- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, toilet, sink with storage room for washing machine and dryer; \- COVERED TERRACE with access from the living room, furnished with chairs and a small table; \- TWO SMALL BALCONIES (one in the bedroom and one in the living room); \- WALK-IN CLOSET; \- STORAGE ROOM with washing machine and dryer.
