Great central location with wonderful staff

Cristina and Sara are amazing. They gave me all the tips on places to eat in Rome and greeted me very kindly upon arrival. Rather than deal with the chaos that is the airport with finding a taxi, allow them to arrange transport for you which is virtually the same price as a taxi from the airport. You will arrive to your check in and it will have an elevator. The rooms are beautiful with air conditioning and strong wifi which is a luxury in Rome. Cristina and Sara make you feel at home here with a bottle of wine and a friendly smile. So if you have the chance to go to Rome, this should be a top pick.

Great area. Small and over-priced room.

Wonderful staff, but, the room was small and the overall condition was, at best, "fair." Great area, but, needs a lot of updating. I booked online, but, was still disappointed in the hotel.

Amazing Rome suite

We had a wonderful stay at Gens. Sara who welcomed us in on arrival had the room ready in no time and was an amazing host, anything we needed information about, she already had and her recommendations were excellent.The location is perfect and gets to to all Rome attractions in no time. Highly recommended
