The staff was extremely attentive and welcoming, and the room was spotless and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better — just a short 2-minute walk to the Colosseum, with a beautiful full view of the Ludus Magnus archaeological site right from the hotel. The only minor issue we experienced was that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly during our stay, so we had to sleep with the windows open on a few nights. As a result, we could hear some noise from the bar downstairs, but it really didn’t bother us much since we were always tired after long days exploring the city. Overall, it’s a great place to stay — clean, convenient, and run by a friendly and attentive team. The 2 things I will recommend them is the cleaning,the floor was not cleaned since we went barefoot and it was dirty.
