Free wi-fi In the heart of Rome, a stone's throw from the most important monuments of the city, right behind the Pantheon (of which it is possible to admire the dome from the private terrace and from the large windows of the bedrooms). The apartment has 3 bright bedrooms with large windows (equipped with blackout curtains) overlooking the dome of the Pantheon and two living rooms, one large and bright with a spectacular view of the domes of S.Pietro, S.Agnese, Piazza S.Eustachio and S.Ivo alla Sapienza and the other smaller living room with adjoining kitchenette. Another independent kitchen complete with all the equipment (in total in the two kitchens there are 6 electric hobs and two ovens, one electric, the other microwave and two refrigerators with freezer) with a view over the roofs of the city. Upon arrival guests will also have a welcome for breakfast and cuisine 4 small bathrooms (three with shower). 13 beds. In the first living room there is a queen size double sofa bed with two single futon beds. In the second living room a queen size double sofa bed. Wardrobes in each bedroom. The apartment has all the comforts: 1) independent air conditioning/heating 2) wi-fi works perfectly 3) sheets and towels provided, thorough and scrupulous cleaning 4) two televisions in the living rooms (one with Netflix and Amazon Video) 5) 2 washing machines 6) iron and ironing board 7) hairdryer and hair straightener. The apartment is in the heart of the city so within walking distance guests will find elegant shops of all kinds, open-air markets with typical products, supermarkets, clubs, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and in the nearby Via del Corso the most famous shops of the best brands for shopping. Furthermore, it is possible to reach the most evocative places in the city on foot, Piazza Navona, the Trevi fountain, S. Pietro the Colosseum, Campo di Fiori, Piazza di Spagna can all be reached with a short walk. Near the apartment they will find all the neighborhoods of the city such as Trastevere and Monti, suggestive and famous for their clubs and restaurants. The taxi station is next to the Pantheon, in front of the entrance to the building, and from the Largo Argentina square there are buses and taxis to easily reach the airport or the station. Furthermore, it is also possible to book a comfortable and reliable private transport service. I welcome guests personally and my goal is to make guests' stay unforgettable p.s. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The hostess was excellent with communication and met us at the apartment to show us around. Yes, there are 100+ steps to get to the apartment, but there is an elevator being built/installed that may be done in the next few months or so. Anyway, for our family of four, this was more than enough space to spread out comfortably. Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for perfectly central location to everything in Rome!! ##### Josh E. Amazing location. The stairs were challenging but I tried to look at it as a workout. (Never skip leg day). I would definitely recommend this apartment. Especially for a larger group. No issues and everything was as advertised. Antonella was very responsive and checked in periodically without being over bearing. Just perfect. ##### Diane H. We were thankful someones prior review mentioned no lift and 4 flights of stairs so we were prepared for a climb upon arrival. Very nice accommodations for our group of 7 considering the convenient location. Host was great. Many treats on the table and in the fridge. The host is lovely and easy to communicate with. As other reviews have pointed out there are almost 110 stairs to get to the 4th floor. The bathrooms are tiny and the plumbing is loud (it is an old building) but we spent most of our time away. For what we needed this place was great. ##### Charlotte H. Easy walking distance to many sites. Taxi stand in front of Pantheon. Antonella is a fantastic host with great recommendations for events and restaurants nearby. She was in contact prior to arrival, check in was simple and she also let us know about events that were going on during our stay and stayed in contact with us to see if we were in need of any assistance throughout our stay. The location can't be beat. The 110 stairs to the 4th floor are hard!! If anyone had mobility issues, it would be a problem. We were there for 1 week and there was never any work done on the elevator construction, I would not assume it will be finished anytime soon. ##### Jennifer P. Family of 5 What a location I could throw a tennis ball and hit the Pantheon. And had a view of it from a number of places in the apartment. Loads of places to eat super close. 4 toilets 3 bathrooms 2 kitchens The stairs became part of our day and we Took pride in climbing them to get that amazing view Antonella was very helpful, checked us in personally and did the tour made sure we had bread, jam, yogurt and a few other essentials. The air conditioning was most welcome as it was extremely hot during our stay. The listing mentioned all the stairs and they are definitely very difficult to navigate, especially in the heat. We very much appreciated all the food Antonella left for us. Having 10 of us there was a bit crowded, as some of the showers/sleeping areas weren't very private. We appreciated the washing machine, although we did run out of hot water for showers when washing and showering at the same time. We enjoyed visiting the restaurant Miscellanea which was right outside the door - handy for a snack or drink! ##### Cheryl V. Great View of Rome. The layout of apartments was a little chaotic but we all had bedroom and bathroom to themselves. One shower was a little hard to get into. Since it was a Penthouse it had Four flights of stairs to climb. No elevator. But at 72 I made it. The host was very helpful and accommodating. ##### tina g. Two apartments combined with three actual bedrooms, an anteroom outside one of the rooms with a sleeper sofa and another sleeper sofa in the living room of the main apartment. Very helpful to have so many bathrooms, but be prepared for small showers. Loved the AC after a full day of walking around Rome. This apartment is not for anyone with mobility issues, only because the apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator (109 stairs, to be exact). Makes for beautiful high ceilings in the apartment, but it's a lot of stairs when you're carrying your luggage. Would stay here again. ##### Dana S. There were 7 of us and we took full advantage of the space. It is actually two apts and was nice to have the three full bathrooms and extra half bath. We didn’t cook much so the kitchen was not used much, but it was well equipped. After returning after a day of activities the cold Air Conditioning was much appreciated. Plenty of restaurants and markets nearby as well. As others said, it is four flights up but we realize there is just many steps in Italy overall. Elevator would had been nice to have, especially with the luggages , but we considered it part of the free work out plan :) ##### Jessica C.
