### Elegant suite a few steps from the center

The house offers an 'elegant and spacious bedroom consisting of two wide wardrobes, a king-size double bed and a large mirror with dresser.  
  
A majestic living room with modern design furniture, smart TV with built-in Netflix and a large three-seater sofa.  
  
The bathroom has a very comfortable bathtub with seat, also has every amenities such as: hair dryer, towels, disposable slippers...  
  
The very bright kitchen has every appliance and is equipped with every kitchen utensil.  
  
The room with its large bed also has a nice mirror, which with a very elegant chair provides a space to put on makeup or take care of oneself. The closets along with the dresser offer a cozy space in which to leave one's belongings during the stay.  
  
The living room with its three-seater sofa can accommodate two guests simply by converting the sofa into a very comfortable king-size bed.  
  
While modern lamps thanks to ceiling fans ensure coolness everywhere in the house. So do the mosquito nets that especially in summer periods protect against mosquitoes.  
  
The apartment is super bright at any time of the day, from the overlooks you have a view of the neighborhood full of classy and well-kept buildings.  
  
The building is in a quiet but strategic location as it is close to all the city's attractions. Within a five-minute walk you can find the Metro A line, and the Metro C line.  
  
It is very well connected to the center, you can walk or bike to the Colosseum with in 20/30 minute walk or using the metro, which covers all the major points of attraction in very few stops.  
  
In addition, the Tuscolana station is a few minutes walk away and offers an excellent connection to Fiumicino airport.
