The room itself was quite dark and dusty. Although the room didnt have a great view we didnt mind as we only stayed the one night. The pillows could do with updating and the ones in the wardrobe we didn't use as they smelt musty. Small boutique like hotel. Good location, and very close to Termini station. The hotel staff did a very good job communicating the check in procedure. The front staff is only available until 7 PM. We did arrive a little after and she was still there! Very nice. Very accomodating!
