What a wonderful two stays we had at Charmimg Roma! Great location, clean, cozy, and quiet. The fresh croissants each morning were delicious. Lorenza was responsive, accomodating to our arrivals, and had many great recommendations for restaurants and other spots to try. The airport transfers were also super helpful and a great value. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in Rome and Charming Roma was perfect. We were meet by our host when we arrived who showed us our room and terrace! We were given a A3 map of Rome and she went through all the sites she recommended we visited which was very helpful! Breakfast arrived every morning by 8 and the fruit and drinks provided in the room was lovely and restocked everyday. Housekeeping was carried out everyday too, which was great! They were always on hand via the messages on Expedia and the few queries we had were answered quickly. Charming Roma was ideally situated to be able to walk around all the sights in Rome and would highly recommend a stay with them.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Check in was very easy and contactless. Staff were very responsive to requests. The B&B is very small - only 6 rooms with a patio area. Rooms are cute and clean. Location is excellent - a few blocks away from the Vatican and very close to restaurants and markets. ATM is one block away.

Nice place on quit neighborhood. Staff is very friendly, and there is a nice terrace inside the building where u can sit and rest under the flours and candlelights. Room is very clean, it is not big but cosy and you feel at home. Very discrete also.

We loved our stay from beginning to end. The staff on arrival were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was delivered fresh daily. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in. Great location from which to explore the wonders of Rome.

The property was close to metro and within walking distance to restaurants and main streets. The only downfall I found was the room was incredibly small. We only stayed for one night and it was fine but if you are staying for multiple nights it would be a tight space.

My wife and I (ages 61 and 57) spent five nights at Charming Roma and it was great. The location (a nice, somewhat quiet, residential neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, cafes, markets and other businesses very nearby, and a nearby Metro stop) was very good. The B&B is very nice, clean, and quiet, and the staff was top-notch. I highly recommend this option.

We loved our stay at Charming Roma! It was a quiet and clean boutique hotel. The breakfast was PERFECT… fruit, yogurt, and juice stocked in our mini fridge each day and a fresh croissant each morning! In fact, our last day, they accidentally forgot to stock our fridge for the next morning (and we were departing early), and the owner and his son took a special trip out of their way to make sure we were taken care of!!!! That was above and beyond anything expected!!! They wanted to make sure we were happy, comfortable, and taken care of in every way! Thank you for making our stay so great!

The property has plenty restaurants nearby, the Metro station was 5-10 min walking, the hostess is very nice and friendly. The room was very clean including the bathroom, breakfast is included and they offer yogurt, water bottles, toast, croissants etc. We stayed 2 nights and the second day they refill everything for breakfast and cleaned the room. We had a great stay in Charming Roma! 😊
