Rome is the city of art par excellence. Flat Six is an apartment that fully reflects the elegant atmosphere of those who love to immerse themselves in culture. Panoramic and fresh in the 1930s style, overlooking the Tiber and its sports clubs. It has a large entrance, a double bedroom with a walk-in closet, a room with a very comfortable single bed without window, and a living room with a dining area. The living room has double facing with elegant finishes: from the windows with original boiserie to the beautifully decorated floors with Venetian blinds; furnished with a designer sofa by Philip Stark so large that it can be used as a bed and solid wood furniture that creates a warm atmosphere. Perfect for couples or families with 2 children. Possibility of baby box. The kitchen is small and perfectly functional. A bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. It is located on the third floor of an elegant building from the early 1900s perfectly maintained with a concierge service, lift, air conditioning, stylish finishings with modern comforts, TV and wi-fi. For those who want to participate in the events of the Roman summer nightlife, which make this incredible city a destination for concerts, exhibitions and continuous events. We are so thankful to Maria Patrizia for her wonderful hospitality during our stay in her beautiful apartment in Rome. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We found this apartment during our search for properties within walking distance to Auditorium Parco della Musica, where I was attending a work conference. The apartment is large, spacious, and beautifully decorated as per the photos. We took advantage of having a full kitchen and appliances to truly feel at home. The surrounding area additionally had several fantastic restaurants that we enjoyed- we were certainly spoiled with the excellent food! The apartment is also within walking distance to numerous attractions in central Rome, which we frequented. Our stay in Rome was no doubt enhanced by staying in this property and we are thankful to Maria Patrizia for her kindness and help not only with the property, but also with airport transportation and general recommendations.
