Check-in from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Check-out by 10.00 a.m. Arrivals at different times must be agreed in advance with the owner. The apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 large living room with fully equipped kitchenette. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed (2 beds dim. 160 x 200) and dining table. The apartment has 1 full bathroom with large walk-in shower. Between the two bedrooms there is a corridor/hallway with a washing machine area which gives access to the bathroom. Both rooms have large views of Corso Vittorio and are characterized by original ceilings with painted vaults. The two rooms are separated by two doors and the corridor which guarantees privacy between the two rooms. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The location allows you to visit all the main attractions of the city on foot. In front of the entrance door there are various stops of the public transport service to and from Termini Station and to any other destination. Within walking distance, there is a vast choice of local bars, restaurants and services of all kinds. TAXI and BUS station less than 100 meters away. Air conditioning available from 1 May to 30 September (hot season). No smokers. The apartment can be reached by 1 flight of stairs without a lift (29 steps in total). For arrivals after 7pm an extra cost of €20 is applied. For arrivals after 9pm an extra cost of €30 to €50 is applied depending on the arrival time. Good spot for a family of 4 at max. Super charming and great location (close to many key locations). Additionally prob one of the best pasta restraints and gelato spots less than 1 block away - you will know when you get there (always a line at both and well worth it). We were their to explore but the property is on a main road so if you are a light sleeper or plan on sleeping in all day - this might not be the place for you as road traffic is easily heard. This was a great find! One of the best things about this place was the host, Damiano. He was incredibly responsive and communicate, and he was very flexible. We had the option to extend trip an extra day and he allowed us to stay an extra day without gouging us on the price ... we just paid the regular amount. He was also available if we had questions, and before we arrived, he sent a really detailed sheet with suggestions about the area. I can't recommend him highly enough! The apartment was in a great location; everything was easy to get to either by walking or by public transport. Though there wasn't a metro station nearby, there were several bus stops and a taxi stand very close to the flat. The apartment was just as pictured and was very neat and clean. The washing machine was a huge plus for us. It should be noted that it is on a major street so sleeping with windows open was not an option due to noise. But it was amazing how quiet the apartment was with the windows shut. We loved this apartment so much. First of all, it had everything we needed: fully equipped kitchenette for snacks & light meals at home, sofa bed big enough for our two giant teenage sons to share comfortably, & charming painted ceilings so we felt surrounded by Rome at all times. Check-in was quick & easy, & Damiano was fantastic with every contact. Most importantly, the central location was unbelievable. We could pop out to the Campo de Fiori market or the Piazza Navona Christmas market in just minutes, plus anything farther away like the Colosseum or Vatican were still a straight shot, so it was a breeze to find our way anywhere in town. Our favorite thing way to wind down each evening was to choose a different nearby side street to wander down. We always felt safe & never ran out new things to see, eat, & experience in the neighborhood. Because of its location, some light sleepers may be sensitive to the street sounds outside, but we loved giving our sons the full city experience (& it’s no worse than anywhere else in the world.)
