The negatives are that rooms are dated and absolutely not soundproof as advertised. Electricity plugs etc in the rooms don’t work as they should. Our classic double room was small but consistent with advertisement. Bathroom was good and we had a nice balcony with a view of St Peter’s. The lobby, restaurant and pool area are all really good. One of the very few hotels I found where the pool is open in May. Breakfast was good. Located in a good and quiet area. We walked with our 11 and 12 year old children to the metro station (15 minutes) which was through a safe area.
