A bright and cosy 40-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 2 people, located on the fourth floor of a building with an lift (NOT suitable for people with disabilities).

The location is unbeatable! Villa Borghese is just a 4-minute walk away, and in less than 30 minutes you can reach several tourist attractions, such as the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, and Piazza Navona...

The apartment is an excellent base for exploring the beauty of the Eternal City!



The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), dining table, sofa, Smart TV, and split A/C;

- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed, TV, and closet;

- BATHROOM with a shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and split A/C.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heat pump heating, air conditioning (one split unit in the living area and one in the bathroom), hair dryer, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking bus line 520 to Cinecittà, getting off at the Tuscolana/Cinecittà stop (9 stops), where you can take Metro Line A to the Barberini stop, a 10-minute walk from the property.



-From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the apartment on foot in 20 minutes, or you can take Metro Line A to the Barberini stop, which is a 10-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re travelling by car, parking is not included; however, you can park on the street for a fee (not guaranteed); or, for a fee, at the Jolly Garage at Corso d’Italia 1 (not guaranteed), a 3-minute walk from the property.



- To explore the city: you can choose between two metro stations near the “Barberini” apartment—“Barberini” and “Repubblico” (a 10- and 13-minute walk, respectively), or take one of the many buses, such as numbers 60, 61, or 82, which stop near the apartment.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
